Refund policy

We are sure that you will be pleased with your jewelry purchase, but if you need to make a return, it must be within thirty (30) days from date of receipt.  We will refund the original purchase price or you may apply a credit and select another jewelry piece. A return must be in its original condition, in the original packaging.

First, please contact us by email, then package the return in a manner consistent with the original shipping packaging. If items are damaged during return shipping, (due to inadequate packaging), we will not refund the purchase price. We do not refund original and return shipping.

The purchase price will be credited back to you in your original form of payment and may take up to 14 days. Credit card purchase refunds are processed in accordance to your credit card company.
